Single Sign-on Implemented!
FCM is happy to announce, that we have rolled out a single username and password sequence that allows each agent to sign-on to our website and be able to access our quoting system without having to repeat the username and password process for subsequent functions such as quoting. Once you log into our website, all resources will be available to you without having to repeatedly enter your username and password. The lone exception to this is the MSB Cost Estimator, which we hope to incorporate into the single sing-on process in the coming weeks. This improvement is just one of many that we will be rolling out over the coming months, the culmination of which will be a fully web-based and fully integrated quoting and application system this Fall. New Cost Estimator Added
Friends Cove is pleased to a new choice for our agents to use to determine replacement cost. We have recently added the e2Value replacement cost estimator. We invite you to explore and utilize this product, which is located on the agents menu in the Agents Only section of our website. We will be offering a 90-minute webinar training session on July 10th at 9:00 to help you learn how to best use and navigate this new product.
